Our renovation journey started for us in early 2020. We had never done this before so the nerves/stress levels were off the charts. 

Even though we had you in mind you were 1 of 5 Builders we reached out too. By far your initial in person presentation set you well above everyone else.

For comparison we received an email from a Master Builder full quote without seeing/visiting our home. 

Our build started in Aug 2021 renovating during a pandemic was not easy, plus the unforeseen variations were a perfect recipe for a disaster. Despite these challenges you both empathetic/genuinely related to our situation and through our lows you always re-assured us, called us on site and communicated clearly what was happening and your plans to get us back on track. 

Your very hands on, transparent, efficient, quick with solutions (our small deck great example), great communicators & just amazing individuals. 

In times of uncertainty you delivered our home a week before move in date. The pictures and video do not do the end result any justice.

No amount of words can give justice to the fantastic work that MMB have put into making our house a home. From the awesome communication, constant reassurance, guidance (and sometimes counselling) from our lovely Project Manager Meagan, to the expert advice and fine workmanship of Morgan, their Builders and Subbies. We knew our home was in great hands, the MMB team really did treat it like their own home.

Covid-19 certainly threw a spanner in the works, but as soon as building was allowed to commence, all hands were on deck. Every day looking over the fence to see what was new, and having the timeline to refer to was exciting as we saw the progress.  Everything was transparent and decisions were always made with us no matter how small. We weren't always sure of our decisions and changed our minds more than a few times, and sometimes took our time making decisions, but we were never made to feel like it was a hassle. You took the whole pressure off us and reassured us the whole way. We 100% recommend MMB to anyone wanting to make their house their home. The experience has been memorable and we feel forever in debt to our MMB family for making our dream come true.

Our home deck was 11 years old and deteriorating in the sun, rain and wind.

We were never able to get good use of it as we had no cover from the sun and rain.

So in winter it was too cold and summer was the opposite.

Morgan and Meagan came to the rescue and built us a really nice roof / cover for it and installed screens all around, giving us really good privacy - and furthermore reviving the life of our old deck.

I really appreciated Morgan and the teams attention to detail - not just on the job with with his workmanship and his high standards. The deck finish is lovely and its a credit to the pride Morgan and his team have in their work.

From the start Morgan and Meagan asked us what we wanted and right throughout the job, Morgan would check in with us each step of the way and explain what his next task would be to ensure we were happy.

The little details of the build, Morgan was always big on - even down to tidying their work site up every day which I really appreciated. (We've had tradies in the past who haven't done that)

The end result means that we now have a beautiful deck / second lounge area with nice indoor / outdoor flow from our living room - and we are very happy with the work Morgan, Meagan and the team at MMB Builders have done for us.

We would definitely use their services again and have already recommended them to our own friends and family. They are that good!

Prior to the renovations the house had not been lived in for 4 years so you could imagine the state of the property. 

The attention to detail and frequent communication made the difference. To sum it up, MMB Builders' systemised approach to document all aspects of a job all the way through to the quality of your personnel and trade contractors made it clear that we made the right decision choosing MMB Builders.  Meagan responded to all my emails in a timely manner and ensured she communicated with me at all times.  We are located in Australia so this was extremely important to us as we physically could not meet up. 

From the beginning the entire experience exceeded our expectations.  Words cannot express how pleased we are and how much our new tenants who are living there now are enjoying the new addition! Thank you for making my daughter’s  house a HOME and the new tenants are loving the new renovations done by this team.

Everything was done as planned–impressed with the hard work that was done through the long cold winter. MMB started the work off smoothly. They helped a lot through the idea phase. Well organised and eager to please. MMB and all the workers were very organised and took pride in their work. It was a big project that needed a lot of hands to be completed.



They went the extra mile even though some small things were not in the contract, but were always willing to help out, fix or complete if this was in their scope of work.

(MMB) I was recommended by a family member who had already seen the type of work they do and I am glad I went ahead with it.

(MMBs showed) Quality of work, professionalism and communication is on point.   Anyone that knows me will say this is what I look for when searching for suppliers.
